Enrolment procedures

If you wish to enrol your child in our institution, you must come to the secretary’s office to collect an application form and then return it completed with the required documents. If you are abroad or unable to come in person, you can request an application form by email to the two addresses provided below.

Our institution follows the Southern Hemisphere school calendar. The school year starts in early February. Enrolment typically begins in July of the previous year and ends around October 10th. After this deadline, we cannot guarantee a place in our institution. Any scholarship application to the consulate must be preceded by the submission of an enrolment application at the school secretary’s office.

The application should be made as early as possible before the planned start date of the child’s schooling. When the number of enrolment requests exceeds our capacity, the school creates a waiting list. The priority criteria for admitting a student are based on holding French nationality, prior attendance at a French institution, the date of the enrolment request, the level of proficiency in the French language, and EU membership.
