Recruitment secretary mid-time management

The French high school recruits a mid-time Executive Secretary for the next school year.

This administrative staff, French-speaking (bilingual English) recruited in local contract, will have to hold a diploma in secretarial or have a 5 years experience in a position of the same profile.

The missions: telephone and physical reception, administrative tasks (elaboration of schedules), follow-up of the orientation of the pupils (administrative procedures, registrations to the competitions…)…

Skills: Know how to use Word spreadsheets, Excel, Ciel

Required qualities: discretion, dynamism, sense of hospitality, proactivity, sense of teamwork

A priority will be given to the natives of the country.
