Back to school 2018: Reception of pupils between 11:30 and 13:00

For the parents' parents, For information, For security reasons, the reception of students between 11:30 and 13:00 has been reorganized. It is not possible that 300 to 350 students are present and circulate throughout the premises of the institution, under the supervision of 2 people. For recall, only two people (1 CPE and 1 supervisor) provide supervision of students present between 11:30 and 13:00. Also, concerning secondary school (high school and high school), will be welcomed between 11:30 and 13:00, that the students who exercise an activity (sports, FSE, club seismology, club technology …). The pupils will have to be gathered under the faré near the administration. There is no reception scheduled for lunch between February 12, 2018 and February 23, 2018, to allow the presentation of activities to students and registration census. Students who are allowed to attend will be assigned a plastic card, different in color, depending on the day and activity chosen.   Mrs. ROBIN, Director of Elementary School, distributed a document to elementary school students to explain the new organization. Only children accompanied by an adult, who undertakes to provide effective supervision, may be present at the school. There is no reception scheduled on the time of noon the week of February 12, 2018 to identify return coupons relating to the reception of children indicating the accompanying adult per day. Primary school students will be gathered in the primary school yard. A working group composed of the management and a member of the management committee, will set up in January to explore other avenues to ensure a quality student reception and control of the comings and goings. The school head is responsible for the safety of property and persons within the school. This responsibility requires a control of the presence in the establishment in order to be able to set up protocols in case of natural risks (example: earthquake). Thank you for your understanding.
