Let’s sing !

As part of a project in English, the year 8 students went to the radio 107 on the 2nd of December. They  had to introduce the two songs they  were going to sing  on air, while accompanied by four talented year 10 with their guitars!

The first song was ‘Hero‘  by an American band called ‘Family of the year; They studied this song as it was part of a web radio project ‘growing up.‘ This song is about a little boy who does not want to become a hero, and the second song was ‘Imagine‘ by John Lennon, tribute to the people who were killed in Paris on the 13th of November.

For all of them, it was a first exciting and enjoyable experience!
