L’art aborigène en Anglais

Article-Géraldine-05-150x150 For DNL Arts, over the 2nd period, the CP/CE1 and the CM1/ CM2 have been studying and practicing Aboriginal paintings .They have also learnt some facts about Aboriginal culture through books and by watching the Australian film ”Ten canoes”.

You can go and see some of their works in front of the library: Aboriginal symbols, flags, turtles, sun and graphism.

On the Aboriginal flag, Black stands for the Aborigines ‘skin colour, yellow stands for the sun which gives life and red stands for the blood shed but also for the colour of the ground in the middle of the Australian territory.
